IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DESPATCH

Please be aware that order can take a while to be despatched during busy times. As a rule I usually despatch within 10 days of receipt of the order. If I have a lot of orders or items need to be made then please allow more time. If your order is urgent then please contact me.

COMBINING ORDERS

If you have an order and paid for carriage and you wish to add another order then I am happy to post them together and refund the additional postage. You can combine as many orders as you wish. We shall then pack those orders together.

OUTSIDE THE UK? 

We use the Royal Mail and the tracking number is not automatically emailed to you. If there are any issues let us know and we shall be able to provide you with the tracking number.
